The Classic box is our composition at its purest – 7 to 8 seasonal wagashi chosen by our atelier in Kyoto, made fresh and shipped the morning they’re formed.
Nerikiri, yokan, kohakutou and dorayaki appear in rotation, alongside one experimental sweet from a guest confectioner. Each piece reflects the season it’s made in – nothing more, nothing it doesn’t need.
